ole server error

Hi, Could anyone tell me what an OLE Server is, How do I find it, and how do
I reinstall it if it is missing?

I am using access 97 and while trying to analize with excel I receive the
ole server error telling me to make sure it is loaded and working properly.

Hi,
All of the Office products can act as OLE servers.
In your case I beleive Access is refering to some problem with Excel.
I know that's not much help, but that error is very hard to troubleshoot.
