OLE photo management

Am looking at an A2000 mdb with a single different photo in each record in a
Form. With just 1800 records this single file DB size is already 300M. The
size worries me in terms of long term growth. Am thinking of moving/keeping
photos outside mdb with just an open/link from each record.
a. anyone done this - how did you set up link to outside folder?
b. is there a way to "export" all these photos now in each record of the
form object?
I welcome input from anyone whom has worked with alot of photos
inside/linked to an Access db.

thanks for the export advice - I will check it out.

Still looking for advice from others as to how they linked out to photos not
in the mdb.
