OLE Object field...

I have an OLE Object field in a table that contains jpg images.

I have a form that shows all the fields (including the ole image field). To
add a JPEG image I just drag and drop the file onto the OLE OBject field and
the image is inserted into the database. How do I export this back out to a
file when I later need the image(The original image is deleted)?

I am running access 2003 on windows xp.
