I want to display a thumbnail of an OLE linked object in a
report but do not want to store the entire object in the
database. I have a database that I am developing that has
pictures of the items listed and I can embed them or
connect them through a hyperlink. I really want to be able
to display the object when looking at the input form but do
not necessarily want to store the entire file in the
database since they are quite large. Is there a way to
connect them through a hyperlink to get a thumbnail and if
the user wants more information can look at the larger
image when they want to? Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.
