Old telephone Icon in office 2003 excel

What happened to the telephone Icon one could use to dial out in excel?
 
I'd suggest asking in an Excel newsgroup. This is an Access newsgroup.

You might want to ask in an Excel newsgroup, rather than this one -
which is for a different program, Microsoft Access.

Many thanks Rick B. I have a large data base of addresses in Access. I
believe I used to be able to click on a telephone icon (this icon was
imported from options) The highlighted number in the data base would
automatically dial the number.

Many thanks for your rely. I seem to remember in my old access data base of
addresses, you could import a telephone icon in options and drag it to the
ribbon. When you highlighted a telephone number and clicked the icon it would
ring that person.
