The only message that I can display are for last four days. How do I get to
older posts?

In the Tools menu, click Get next <300> headers. The default number (300)
can be changed in the options. I set mine to 1000.

A clarification: that's Tools | Options | Read tab.

Alternatively, you can uncheck the box, so as not to set any limit at all.

Thanks Ken. I was actually referring to the "Get next <300> headers"
sub-menu under Tools.

Also in Tools/Options - click the Maintenance tab and clear the check box
for: Delete News messages 5 days after being downloaded.

In Outlook Express? Sorry, Ramesh, I don't see any such sub-menu directly
under Tools. What am I missing?

Hi Ken,

If you have the "Get <300> headers" unchecked in the OE Options then you
will not see "Get next <300> headers" in the Tools menu.

<knocking myself on the head> Off course! That makes complete sense. Thanks.

Sorry, Ramesh.
