Old movie style effect

Hi,

I'd like to add an effect to my slides so it looks like an old style silent
movie.
Like vertical scratches, spots, etc. who move from bottom to top.
Any suggestions?

You can draw these spots or scratches using PowerPoint's freeform tool or
graphics editing tool such as photoshop.
Then, add Entrance > Flash Once effect to these spots. Play around with the
"Start" setting to make it look more realistic.
For instance:
Spot 1 After Previous
Spot 2 With Previous
Spot 3 After Previous
Spot 4 With Previous
Spot 5 With Previous
