old mail.pst file

I had to put in a new hard drive and made an image copy of
the old one. The old one is now d. and the new one I use
as c. When I used outlook (office 2000) the first time it
asked me to creat a mail.pst file and assign it a
password. I did it not knowin that the old one was now not
accessable. At least I do not know how to get the old data
merged or copied or anything. I know where it is on the
old drive, but cannot even open it so far. Please help if
you can. Thank you.

There is a handy tool to strip the password of a pst-file. The funny thing
is that this tool wasn't even written for stripping the password of a
pst-file but for upgrading the pst-file to a newer format. Stripping the
password was just a (handy) side effect. Don't use this tool for any illegal
activities!!!

Read the pstread.txt file included in the zip before using the utility!
