Display where? What do you do to get them to display? How did you transfer
the data from OL 2002 to OL 2007?

Brian,

When displayed within the reading pane or message it self. Mail was
tranferred via PST so should have expected a straight forward update.

What does "transferred via PST" mean to you? Where did you get the PST to
transfer? How was it created? How did you incorporate it into your current
instance?

Brian,

All the mail was stored in an Outlook XP PST file as a local folder for
delivery of POP3 mail. When I upgraded, I presumed that Outlook 2007 would
be ok with the PST file. After the upgrade OL2007 saw the PST and i can read
all the PlainText and RichText emails, its only the HTML ones that I have a
problem with - in so much as when messages are opened (or previewed) the
HTML code is displayed instead of a formatted HTML view.

Thanks

When updating to Outlook 2007, it's always a good idea to create a fresh
mail profile with the Mail applet in Control Panel. Add the existing PST to
that profile, add your accounts, then start Outlook and see how it behaves.
Note that you're still using an ANSI (old) format PST. If you want to
convert your PST to the new Unicode format, you can do it either manually or
with http://www.maclean.com/upstart/index.html
