How do I delete old e-mail addresses that are NOT in address book but show up
when I try to type in an address before sending the e-mail

Unfortunately Outlook 2002 and 2003 stores every address that you enter into
a hidden file that you cannot access. The only way you can try to delete the
addresses is to open a new e-mail and type in the first three letters of a
name and hopefully if there is more than one address that starts with that,
you can then use your arrow key to navigate to the address you longer want
and use your delete key. I hope this has been helpful to you.
