Recently, I have two users that are receiving old calendar
alarms. I think they have archived these items, but not
sure. The problem is, they can't dismiss the alarm. We
have been having Exchange issues with the priv1.edb
filling up, and have investigated the upgrade to
Enterprise edition of Exchange 2000. Until that happens,
could that be the problem, or is it an archive problem?
Both users are running Outlook 2000 (SP3) on Exchange 2000
(SP3).

No, I didn't. How would I do that?

did you try opening their mailbox with the /cleanreminders switch?

.

at the start menu, run, type

outlook.exe /cleanreminders

and open outlook to the affected mailboxes.
