This is completely, absolutely not on subject for this NG
but this is also the place where very intelligent hang out,
people who maintain a direct relationship with off-the-wall
bits of information that somehow slip by normal people, those
who have information stored in a corner of their mind that
was slid under the door of their life, then permanently
strored away because some weirdo such as I might someday
need that very bit of information that, seemingly, cannot be
found anywhere else.

I'm a student whose college major is history of the Plains
Indians and right now I'm stuck on the history of the Osage
tribe, located around the Pawnee and Osage counties of
Oklahoma. Among the articles and information I have
accquired is the name of 'Ola Rodgers' of Cleveland, OK.
I have spent the major part of this last week going through
Google, the histories of Oklahoma, newspaper clippings and
obituiaries - everything I can think of or imagine that would
have information on 'Ola Rogers' but all I every find is his
name, nothing else, no information of any kind. Can any
person out there help me? I would espesially regard his
obituary as a tue treasure and I will gladly place the appropriate
announcement of source of information in the bibliogarphy of
my thesis.

Every library I can think of - town, college, national and library of
Congress,
There has to be the information out there somewhere but I have not
pushed the right buttons. Ola Rogers was a well know person of his
time but it seems he has disappeared.

Maybe he's in the witness protection program.
