To Auto-process rules at startup, is there a setting somewhere? I only have
one rule to delete messages after 7 days from recieved. to this point I must
run rule manually for each ng subscribed to. I Would like to Process all
subscribed ng at startup.

That's actually Outlook Express, but no, that type of rule applies to
messages as they arrive. you'll need to run the rules manually. I usually
run my 20 day rule once a week to clean out the older messages.
