OL2003: Change font in Preview Pane

Where the heck can you change the font (and size) for the preview pane in
Outlook 2003?

I mildly like the new 3 column format, but often the messages word wrap
badly inside the preview pane. If you enlarge the preview pane, it looks
great, but then the "inbox column" is too small.

I'd like to reduce the font size so the email message fits and is formatted
nicely .. You'd THINK it'd be in the View > Arrange By > Current View>
Customize CV .. but all you can change is settings on the .. "inbox column".

Am I missing something?
