OL2002 Calendar won't "hold" customization

I cannot get the "View>Current View>Customize current view..." options to
stay in place when I set them and move from the calendar and back. I am
chosing options listed in the "Other options" tab, including "no compressed
weekend." I tried repairing Office from the Help menu... No change.

Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Try resetting the view and then change the compressed weekend option. Views,
current Views, Define Views... select the view - in this situation,
selecting <current view> should work ok but it's generally better to also
select the name of the view and reset it.

Thanks, Diane

The problem appears to be the result of a third-party add-in. As soon as I
removed it, Outlook started holding the configuration. I have been in touch
with the manufacturer's tech support, and the agent I worked with said he say
the same thing. Prduct: Franklin-Covey's PlanPlus for Outlook, ver 3.0. Great
features, but without the correct calendar working... I'll wait for the next
version.
