OL2000 SP3... Button keeps vanishing...?

Howdy,

Three times now, I have modified my toolbar to include a
button for "Exit & Log Off" but, when I next launch Outlook
the button is gone.

Where might I start to correct the problem?

Hello again,

I will add that I just ran a "Detect & Repair" and I still
have the problem...
