OL200 - mail merge

when I mail merge with word I keep getting a message
that "another " program is attempting to send out mail -
are you sure you want to do this. I can select allow for
up to 10 minutes - but it seems that I still have to say
select yes for each and every mail merge email I want to
send out. How do I turn off this prompt and let it send
all my mail merge emails. I usually send 200 at a time -
it get tiring.
