OL03: Changing font of "To", "From" and "Subject" lines

I just installed OL03 on a new laptop for a friend. She's having difficulty
reading the To:, From: and Subject: lines in the "Compose New Message" window,
and I can't find any options either within Outlook or WinXP itself to affect
those. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks. {Jonathan}

From the New Message Window:
Tools>Forms>Design this form. Right click To:btn. Select
properties.Click Font btn. and select font or size.
You will probably have to increase the button size also to
accomodate the new font size.

That works great, but it doesn't stick. I tell it to save the changes, but new
messages have the old fonts. {Jonathan}

You're right. Ok, I went back through the same process and
saved the changes when asked. I then noticed I had items
listed in the Draft folder. Opened the item and the
changed form was there ready to use. This seems like a
round about way to do it but without further research
that's all I can offer at this time, sorry. Will try to
find a way to save to the forms group.

To save a new form, use the Publish Form option under Tools->forms. Take
the default location but give your form a unique name.

Open up the inbox, right click and select properties. Under the "use this
form when posting to this folder" use the dropdown to navigate to the
personal forms library. Select your form from there and okay out of the
dialog.

From now on, your form will be the default for new messages.

Milly,

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, when I follow your instructions, I
get the error message "You cannot create an item of this type in this folder."
Same is true when I try it in Outbox. Help! {Jonathan}
