OL XP closes unexpectedly - Folder Views

I have a user who changed her standard folder views in
Outlook XP to use customizied views. Everthing works fine
for all the folders except for the "Sent Items" folder.
Whenever you select it, Outlook suddenly closes. If I
could select this folder, I could then re-set the views
back to the default. But since I can't even select it,
without Outlook closing, I am stuck. Well actually she
is, but you get the idea.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is she willing to lose all her custom views (in all folders) to get this
fixed? If so, you can use the /CleanViews switch at startup to reset all
views to the factory defaults. If you need help using Outlook command line
switches, look here:
