OL Unicode PST & ANSI PST ?

How can I tell if my OL 2003 new installation is setup with the Unicode
format...can I transfer an OL 2000 pst file to OL 2003 ?

Right click on the folder labeled "personal folders" and select properties >
advanced button.

Outlook 97/2002 Personal Folders = ANSI (legacy PST)
Office Outlook Personal Folders = Unicode

Best bet is to create a new Office Outlook Personal Folders and copy
everything from old to new.

Ok...in 2003...how do you create a new "Office Outlook Personal Folders " ?
