OL 2007 Does Not Open in Vista 32

I started Vista Home Premier 32 and tried to open OL 2007. Task Manager
shows the program was running but it did not appear on the desktop.
Additional attempts just added OL to the Task Manager without opening.

Suggestions?

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

What did you change since the last time you successfully opened Outlook?

Kill all instances of outlook.exe in task manager and try starting it again.
