Ok to upgrade RC1 to RC2?

Is it acceptable to simply upgrade RC1 to RC2 instead of doing a new
install?

Yes - and you can upgrade builds 5600 (RC1) -> 5728 -> 5744 (RC2).

My question is....if you can upgrade RC1 (5600) to RC2 (5744) does that mean
the key for RC1 will work for RC2 or do you need a new key?
 
is that ok from RC1(5600) to RC2 5744 without 5728?

is it ok to upgrade from vita(5600) ?

a.. Upgrades from Vista RC1 are valid.
a.. Upgrades from Windows XP SP2 are encouraged.
a.. Upgrades from any other build are not supported or recommended.
