Fred,

I followed the instructions you gave Valerie but I don't get any results.
On the "On Click" event line I currently have the macro OK event made in a
macro. I changed it for the [Event Procedure] you indicated to Val.

I still haven't solved the problem. Can you help me out here?

Thanx

Fred might, if he saved the original post and answer(s) and can make a
connection from what you've said here. But there are many participants here,
who have no way of making a connection to the original, because you did not
post this as a followup, and did not quote from the original to establish
context.

The value of newsgroups is not that you can get an answer from one person,
but that you expose your question to many people who could answer it.

For good suggestions on effective use of newsgroups, see the FAQ at
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm.
