OK..I took the plunge

Just finished ordering all the parts to rebuild my system aand here's what I
bought:

ASUS P4P800 Deluxe
KINGSTON HyperX KHX3200K2/512
INTEL 2.8 GIG 800 MGH CPU
Powercolor 9800 Pro Retail

Heres what I'm putting it in:

Frozen CPU case 2 fans on the side, one in the back and a blowhole on top

Phillips Acousticedge Soundcard (the onboard audio BETTER be able to be
disabled via bios)
2X IBM Deskstar HDS
Pioneer DVD
HP CD burner
Enermax 350 Watt PS

Anyone see anything wrong w/t this or any helpful hints from someone who has
built a similar system? Its going to be a gaming/internet rig . I'm hoping I
dont have to reload my system but I will if it comes to that.
