Oh PLEASE Someone Help Me! (Restoring Deleted Contacts)

I meant to copy my contacts to Business Contact Manager for a project I was
working on, but I accidentally MOVED them. When the project didn't work out,
I deleted them from BCM, and then went back to my contacts to discover that
they're ALL GONE! Please tell me there's some way to find them! I checked in
my deleted items but it just appears to be email.

If you also deleted them from the Deleted Items Folder they are gone for
good. You'll need to restore them from your most recent backup.
