Offline problems in Outlook

I cannot return to online mode from offline mode in outlook without
restarting the pc.Suppose i am working in offline mode and i tried to connect
the network cable to return it to online mode,it is not coming to online
mode.After restarting the pc only it is coming to online.Please advice.
 
How are you selecting / entering offline mode?
You seem to be indicating you are doing so in network connections

"Change the colout of filename"
