offline pages

hi i'm new to 'puters after a 5 yr leave of absense. can anyone tell me how
to save pages that i'm viewing to read later offline or for when i cant
connect? i used to be able to do it via favorites>add to favorites>tick
box-save for offline viewing. Now that box is gone.is thereanother way? how
do i then retrieve them for viewing? all my googling gets me is old info
thats out of date reffering to the old way.--

You might want to ask over in the internet explorer group, and mention
what version you are using too.

i'm using explorer 7.0 newest one as of today.
i can't seem to cnnect to the explorer news group
