Offline Installation?

My computer is not connected to the internet or a phone cable, but I have my
own copy of Windows Vista on a DVD, and I have registered for my own product
key. Is there any way of installing Windows Vista in this situation? Could
anything be sent to me for an offline activication?
 
Run the activation wizard. When it does not find a connection it will offer
you options, among which are the phone numbers in your locale for activating
over the phone.
 
But I can't activate over the phone because my computers no connected to it.
 
Over your regular phone. The operator will ask for the code on the screen
in the activation wizard and will dictate a code to you that you have to
enter on your keyboard.

I did not think your computer was ET.
