Offline files...?

Where on Vista are offline files stored that are visible in the sync center?
I thought they were in %windir%\csc but I can't seem to find them.
I changed servers and need to delete the old and re-sync the new.

The files are by default under %windir%\csc but they're owned by LocalSystem
and are not visible through command-line tools. I have a script you can use
to rename the path in the local cache from the old server to the new server.
