I have a problem with my file not printing the way it was
typed or the way it is previewed. I have a list of text
in the cells of the A column. About 20 cells. The text
fits within the cell. Each cell has a border. I print the
file. The cells at the top print fine. But as the file
prints, text at the botton does not print in the bordered
cell. It prints higher & on the border. I've printed to
two different printers. The same aligning prob happens.
I've tried formatting the cells. No luck. Co-workers who
are more computer literate than I have not been able to
fiqure the problem out.

I hope someone out there might be able to help me.

I would experiment with printer drivers for the system. I have yet to
find any setup that prints exactly as the preview. In my case it tends
to work in my favour with printed text remaining within the confines
of cell borders even though it otherwise seems partially cut off.

Sometimes having Zoom set to anything other than 100% gives problems.
