Office toolbar on a form?

Hi,

can I place an office toolbar on an access form? How?

You can customize the toolbars for Access and have them show for each
form by selecting your new Toolbar on the forms properties.
 
with this method we cannot show the toolbar on a form (as a normal window
toolbar, it must be direct on the form), can we?

For example, the access database window had on the top side a toolbar
buttons in office styte.
