Office Shortcut Bar

My coworker likes to use the office shortcut bar and
recentily the bar does not load at windows start up. She
has to open it herself everytime. How do I get it to
start automatically?

1) There should be an option within the Shortcut Bar to
start automatically (right-click on the top of the bar,
look for Properties or Options)

OR

2) Copy it into the Startup folder . . .
