Although I have a full version of Office Professional 2007 (after using the
trial version). I still cannot create any emails.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office but this has not helped. When I
click on Acticate product nothing happens either!

I am desparate!

Did you create a new mail profile?

Prior to installing your full version, you uninstalled the Trial?

In eg Word, You click on the Office Btn (Round Btn), select Word Options >
Resources, what does it say in 'About'?

Yes, I did create a new profile. Not only can I not reply to emails (or
forward them) but other functions in Outlook are greyed out, such as creating
new folders, renaming folders and so on. It is acting as if I am using an
expired trial version.

I have just checked my other Office products and none of them are fully
functional and when I click on activate nothing happens.

Is there a file in registry I need to delete?

Not the first time, but I have then uninstalled all other Office products I
previously installed and then reinstalled the Office Professional

Try activating again. If it doesn't work contact Microsoft support. They can
help you with activation issues and also activate by phone if needed.
