Office interprise 2007

Have installed office enterprise 2007 and i can't sent email from a document
as it does not recognize windows mail as my mail it wants to go thru Micro
office outlook. but i can't get any of my contacts transfered to outlook???
any suggestions

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Mail has all three of its defaults.

You will have to do this every time an update for Outlook installs.
