Office icons for toolbars

Where do I find all the office icons. I am creating my
own toolbar add-in. I need quite a few buttons on the
toolbar and in VBA I need to put the number of the office
icon I want as my button - where can I browse these?

I am in Word 97

Also what code do I need to use if I want the text and the
icon on my toolbar?
