Office EULA notice

I have installed a licensed copy of Office 2k on Win2k server using
terminal services install. Since updating office using MS Office update
site the EULA keeps appearing every time an Office app is opened.

Can anyone help me resolve this please??

Have you tried running regmon from www.sysinternals.com to
see what is going on here, since this problem most likely
deals with the registry?

Office Eula Fix

If you didn't get a solve... here is what I found worked...

Log in as the administrator and open one of the Office applications. Accept the EULA and then get out. (For grins I went into several other office apps and after the first one didn't get queued for it again.)
Had the user log in and viola' no EULA pop up.
