office 2007 trial conflict with outlook

I downloaded and installed the trial version yesterday and immediately had a
problem with outlook resulting in an inability to use either the 2007 or 2000
version. I uninstalled office 2007 trial and had to reinstall office 2000.
Now outlook cannot open my folders. How do I locate and reopen all of my
previous outlook files. This is a critical issue I need to resolve asap.
