OFFICE 2007: REQUEST RECEIPTS BY DEFAULT

Does Outlook 2007 offer a selection of request for delivery/read reciepts by
default as in 2003, instead of selecting Options Tab in every email being
sent and selecting the two check boxes? If yes, kindly guide.

Yes. Option is in the same location as in 2003 too - tools, options, email
options, tracking options.
