I have a current database that works fine in 2003, but the switchboard
doesn't work in 2007, anytime I attempt to invoke a form from the switchboard
or report
it keeps say illegal function call, and opens the Visual Basic and doesn't
highlite a line, showing me the call. any suggestions?

are there known issues with 2003 and 2007?

Check your references in the vb editor and see if any say missing. Tools,
References...

Thanks for the response, I was reading one message here that talks about the
new security center, that disabled the VB, I think this is the issue and
will try his tip
on adding the application to a trusted folder, currently I'm working in a
test environment Virtual server, not office 2007 live, so I may not be able
to do some
altering of the database in real time, I will be working with a copy.
but thanks for any tips you can give me. we are supposed to be going to
office 2007
by the end of this year. personally I hate it, if it ain't broke don't fix
it, is my motto.
