Office 2007 cannot open pst when archiving

After upgrading to Outlook 2007 I cannot open an existing pst file or if I
create a new one through AutoArchive the file is created (0Kb) but cannot be
opened when the archiving tries to start. I can still open this user's
previous pst under Outlook 2003

I don't know how you "open" the pst but i'd try to set it up in the "datafile
management" section of the file menu...
