Bob

I have a file with macro done using excel office 2003. I have tried it on a
computer with office 2007. When I run the file it keeps debugging. Is there a
way to make this file compatible with office 2007.

Hi Jon,
I followed your instructions and there were alot marked as missing. I ticked
all of them then tried the file the following message came up:
compile error cant find object library.
I then checked reference again and found all missing agian. I then checked
the object library and tried again and the following message came up:
name conflict with project & object library.

What were the missing references? Maybe we can systematically go through the
list.

I managed to sort the problem by coping the items ticked in the reference box
from the tool menu and it works now.
