Office 2003 Outlook:Today

I uninstalled IE7 because some web pages do not display correctly. After I
did this I can no longer view Outlook:Today, the page shows raw HTML with all
the tags, etc. I tried reinstalling IE7 but no luck. Unistalled Office and
reinstalled, still no luck. Any ideas
