Office 2003 - flagging incoming e-mail, will it not pop up?

When flagging e-mail, it usually pops up in the reminder box. Some received
e-mail will not do this. Why will some, and not others?

Both the ones with reminders that work and the ones with reminders that
don't? If the ones whose reminders don't work were in a non-default folder,
I can understand.

Try starting Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch. Search Outlook Help
for "command line" and it should tell you how.

I gave that a try, I don't know yet if it worked.
