Office 2003 EULA persists

Steve Bruce, mct

After installing and activating (online) Office 2003 Basic, the EULA pops up
when ever sending an Outlook email or opening any Office application.

How can this nag be stopped ?

The current user with the EULA popup problem is in the local admin group.

any other ideas ?
