Office 2003 English with MUI + Office 2003 BCM Beta

Hi

I'm testing the new office system for our company and i
just had a trouble with BCM...

I've installed Office 2003 System Pro in english and used
the MUI to change language into french...

it works fine but when i install Outlook 2003 BCM,
installation goes well but when i try to launch it from
outlook the BCM gives me an error :

"unable to open the folders"

and gives me a url
(http://www.microsoft.com/products/ee/transform.aspx?
ProdName=Office&EvtSrc=OfficeErrorMessages&EvtID=10056&LCID
=1036&ProdVer=11.0)
with this :

can someone help me understand what is wrong...

i've check the MSDE permissions and everything looks fine.
BCM can create a new database on the MSDE but it can't
read it...

please, help...

Does this mail profile also contain an Exchange account? If so create a new
mail profile without an Exchange account.

The profile had an exchange account.
I've removed the profile and created a new one with just a
pop/smtp account, i've restarded the machine and it still
own't work...

is there something i forgot to do ? must i reinstall BCM ?
