Office 2003 - Access repair and compress doesn't work

When using the repair and compress option in access (or automatic let it
compress when closing the database/application) I get a error message. Whe
compressing access creates a temporary file 'db1.mdb' which it afterwords
deletes / renames to the original file. End there is goes wrong. The
'db1.mdb' file still is there and my original file isn't compressed.

Is this a Access or Windows Vista issue? If its Access, go to
microsoft.public.access
