Office 200 proffesional Outlook folders bar

When I try to switch to my shourtcuts I get this message
Unable to switch to the next category Out of memory or
system resources.
I ran detect and repair but that didnt fix the problems.
Is there a repair for this problem?

Recreate the shortcuts - right click on them and select remove. Go to the
folders bar and right click on the folders you want to restore and select
"send to Outlook bar."

What version of Outlook is this? You left off the last number in your post.
