Hi, can anyone determine the size of the company
that produced this defragger? If it is a large
corporate conglomerate, I will not part with the
$40. Otherwise, I am going to. I like this
defragger a lot.

My guess would be a small private company, based on the fact that
their website is so sparse and the fact that they're not listed with
the SEC (not publicly-traded). If somebody big owns them, they're
sure not wasting money on that (goldenbow.com) website. If you're
still curious, you might need to try the information phone number or
e-mail address listed there.

Im not sure how big the company is ,but i can tell you that ive used voptxp
in the past and upon sending a support email to them , i recieved a reply
within hours. Its a good programme especially for 98 for moving the swap file
to the front of disk. However it does rename the win386.swp (i cant quite
remember to what...page.sys i think). This can cause problems if you use
certain "cleaning "programmes that would look for win386.swp.It also caused
some conflicts with blackice application control, when defragging with that
enabled. All in all though i would say its the best defragger available
...though sadly not free.
