Colin,

You domain is registered with Network Solution and due to expire on January
28, 2004, see:

http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/whois/index.jhtml

You should be able to sign up with any hosting service, but you will need to
able to log in to your Network Solution account and change the DSN servers
to point to the new host, or the new host may be willing to help you with
this.

Colin,

It appears your domain has 1 month or so left before it
expires, so if you have access to your account, you can
go in and update the DNS to point to a new Host server.

Here are some options to try (which you might have
already).

1- Do you have the user / password to log into your
account.
2- If not try using the "Lost Password" funtion.

If you still cannot get the access information, and
receive no contact from the host company, you can attempt
to transfer your domain to another hosting company. Keep
in mind that transferring a domain still requires
authentication / Approval on your end, so this may not
work.

It might be in your best interest to transfer your domain
to a company that offers phone contact and they may
possibly be able to help you.

Once your domain is transferred you can setup a new host
account and hopefully you have backup files, so you do
not have to start over.

Hope this helps & good luck!

I have a facility that I pay for so I can sell domain names and extensions
to my customers on the cheap, the other reason I have it is because I can
personally help them with domain issues. you're welcome to use it:
