Sorry I know this is off topic:
I want to know what tools I should learn if I want to be a graphic designer?
eg. to create comic character, to create transformer, to create a 3D figure,
....etc.

It depends actually. If you want to learn still designing Adobe Photoshop or
Illustrator will do. or Expressions (Since this is Microsoft's forum )

Take the beginning course at your local junior college. Get the program
suite used in the course.
